Hardy Griffin writes fiction and essays, and translates from Turkish and Spanish into English. He received his Master's from the City College of New York and has published numerous stories, articles, and a book chapter in Bloomsbury's Writing Fiction (2003). He was the English translator for Armenians (a photo and essay exploration of Armenians living in Turkey today), and in the Kurdish issue of Words Without Borders. His writing has appeared in New Flash Fiction, Alimentum, The Washington Post, Assisi, and American Letters & Commentary, among others.
